LifeSense partners with Medical Schemes to assist their scheme members to manage and live life healthily despite their chronic conditions, such as HIV / AIDS, Diabetes, and Diabetes-related co-morbidities hypertension (high blood pressure) and dyslipidaemia (high cholesterol).
The organisation offers full counselling and education to all registered members and their families through a network of experienced nurse educators and case managers.
