A born entrepreneur, Sandile leads with a curious mind, focused on identifying opportunities, both large and small in his quest to be a pioneer within the Pharmaceutical and Information Technology sectors.

Previously a Business Risk Officer at the Government Employees Medical Scheme, Sandile’s primary areas of expertise included risk management, fraud management, contract management, legal services, and stakeholder relations. During his tenure, he successfully recovered ZAR multimillions by identifying failure to comply with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), identifying fraudulent healthcare providers, and implementing transformative risk management measures.

Qualified with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Public Administration; Sandile leverages advanced business acumen in striking the perfect balance between divergent and strategic thinking in developing high-quality and profitable commercial strategies that compete on an international scale and yield substantial ROIs – building a foundation for long-term, sustainable success.

An exceptionally qualified and accomplished operational leader, Siphiwo is a big-picture thinker with the tenacity and broad business grounding to lead in a diversity of settings and geographies.

Presently completing a Master of Business Administration at the University of East London (UK), Siphiwo holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Development Studies and a Bachelor of Art in Development Studies from the University of Johannesburg.
